So It Begins: Dallas and the Emerging 4GW in Vichy America by Bill Buppert

“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?… The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If…if…We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation…. We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

Publisher’s Note: I love Rage Against the Machine as long as I don’t read the lyrics and the commie fanboys who make up the band. Blooded the Brave is far better and you should give them a listen.

I am going to predict that the incident we saw in Dallas this week is going to start to repeat itself ominously across the country. Dorner was an outlier but a harbinger of things to come.

I have often wondered when I see the videos or read court transcripts of women and children maimed and killed by police, where are their male kin and husbands? In my travels planet-wide, nothing sets a man’s mind more firmly than seeing his women and children brutalized or killed and the malefactors going unpunished.

Historically, a thorough study of Vichy France has startling parallels to the US today. Many are going to be saying this is all about race and the very same who would be doing so would be decrying connections to the South and the Confederacy if the shooter had been a white Sons of Confederate Veteran sporting a Bonnie Blue and shouting Deo Vindice as he fires away. Neither supposition is correct, the state wants the divide and conquer possibilities of racialist and language demarcations. This is only about an occupying force of badged and armed government bureaucrats with a license to kill with impunity. A de facto and de jure government army whose prime directive is to ensure compliance to political diktats. Nothing more complicated. Once the dust settles, many will discover that unfettered and unregulated access to small arms will solve many of the problems the government has created,

A decent read on another view in stages of insurgency.

Update: 082210JUL16: It appears the single shooter used an inexpensive SKS that was 100% compliant even with the new hoplophobic laws the Orcs and their masters adopted in Kalifornia, Sauron’s west coast division. Interesting that the shooter had his head on straight in fighting conditions to reload via clip during the melee.

Update 101012JUL16: Now it appears to be a Saiga AK-74 clone that fires a 5.54mm round.

What one man can achieve with a gun:

As a matter of fact, unpunished aggression that is rewarded with protection and laurels corrodes the soul of every person involved.

There are unpleasant choices ahead, choose wisely. Your very soul depends on it. -BB “Let’s look at our immediate neighbors to the north, Canada. The total number of citizens killed by law enforcement officers in the year 2014, was 14; that is 78 times less people than the US.

If we look at the United Kingdom, 1 person was killed by police in 2014 and 0 in 2013. English police reportedly fired guns a total of three times in all of 2013, with zero reported fatalities.

From 2010 through 2014, there were four fatal police shootings in England, which has a population of about 52 million. By contrast, Albuquerque, N.M., with a population 1 percent the size of England’s, had 26 fatal police shootings in that same time period.

Let that sink in. Law enforcement in the US killed 92 times more people than a country with nearly 1.4 billion people.”

Five Dallas cops dead yesterday in an ambush. A number of others injured. The talking heads characterized the use of a pistol as sniping which is yet another indicator that most observations by the media are simply dead wrong in both circumstance and modality.

Another lone gunman in Dallas. Go figure.

Sniping is ordinarily precision application of a long arm in surgically removing, suppressing or harassing potential and real threats. It is far too early to grab a clue or trail of evidence that points to either motive or operational craft of the assailants.

This appears to be a hasty or deliberate ambush, most like an opportunity for the latter to be practiced with the skill of the former.

The usual suspects are all aflutter at the audacity and hubris of such an individual(s) because this is the same media and audience that doesn’t bat an eye when their black and blue line maims and murders at will. Even in circumstances where innocents are mowed down or bystanders struck, it must be a lack of training or error, certainly not malicious intent or gross negligence.

It’s curious this occurs a mere days after Comrade Comey of the American Stasi declares that the rules of law are bifurcated and politically connected worthies are held to a different standard for criminal behavior. Am I to assume that dog whistles work in both directions now?

To use the fatuous utterings of the boy king and pretender; let me be clear. The only lives that don’t matter are the ones who initiate violence against another human being whether a private criminal or government employee. How in the world is that so hard to grok?

Violence is a tool of the State. Anyone proposing initiating violence is probably a government agent, government provocateur and/or government informant. This is not to say private violence doesn’t occur. Of course it does but let’s remember that most private crime in America is a result of government prohibitions and regulations.

How many nicotine and alcohol cartels and cabals are there that create the violence the prohibition of illegal vegetation has caused in America? But I’ve covered that elsewhere and you can search my archives for those scribblings.

Why did this ambush occur?

Others have opined on the BlackLivesMatter movement and frankly I think it’s a sideshow to the main event. Fourth Generation Warfare (4GW) conflicts tend to emerge from a long steeping of grievances, perceived injustice and political over-reach and it always manifests itself in the nation-state constabulary doing the bidding (absent external invasion) of the political masters such as the behavior of British police in the Raj and Kenya along with the mischief of the UK police in both Irelands during the twentieth century. I’m not simply picking on the British since one can observe French police behavior during the Vichy regime in France and French police behavior in Algeria until independence in 1962.

The broken record speaks: cops are the bloody end of all politics no matter the flavor of your interventionist poison be it conservative or liberal. The police functionaries in the USA have zero obligations to protect or serve anyone. The cross-dressers on the Supremes decided long ago, that the purpose of police is to investigate government articulated crimes after the fact and to apprehend individuals wanted by the political authorities.

That’s it.

I recently consulted on a project to measure the efficacy of using modeling and simulation predictive analytics for irregular warfare and COIN efforts. We examined “small war” conflicts planet-wide from 1904 to 2012. Due to a lack of historical context, cultural singularity, inverse rippling of effects, oilspot dynamics and the sheer multiple of variable, the preliminary conclusion is the sheer impossibly of such a model.

The one startling conclusion is that the current state of counterinsurgency doctrine popular in the West involves the floating of a police state death-star to hover over the occupied country and build security forces to wield the will of the central government protected by the alien occupier. You can guess at the violence and depravity this creates in the society under the gun. For the fates of these once the foreign sponsor leaves (or evacuates), see Vietnam in 1975 and Algeria in 1962.

Therefore, I make no prediction that is worth a Café Americano at Starbucks but this may very well be the beginning of one of the nation-state’s worst nightmares: atomized and autonomous cells that start violence against government targets seemingly at random. In this case, they will have a military flavor increasingly as returning veterans start to bring their lessons learned to the homeland. There will be random acts that become opportunity guerrilla moments to capitalize on emerging scenarios.

The three pillars of an effective resistance rest on grievances (real and perceived), legitimacy and the mass base. In this case, the latter know that the former was buried a long time ago and had their noses rubbed in it by Comey’s clown posse commencement on Hillary Clinton. Per grievances, every living human being in the fruited plain has had at least himself or a relation tangled up in the legal system in the US and know how that works.

None of this will end well and predictably the over-reaction by the police and the increasing yen to control weapons will have the counter-intuitive effect of isolating more and more Americans from their masters in DC.

The Dallas police department has killed 34 people in five years. All justified apparently.

The media has a pattern of ignoring the stories of actual police wrongdoing, probably because a realistic portrayal of police violence in the US would shut off their access to government officials. We all know that the media is largely confined to bipedal budgies who are Goebbels-gargling state stenographers eagerly hoping to be the politician’s teacher’s pet. Over –educated and intellectually parched J-school grads with a child-like reverence for the power of the state and its wicked penchant for violence posing as law and order.

Cops are trained through operant conditioning that the evil trifecta of police unions, officer safety and qualified immunity will grant them a license to kill.

Only 14 badged Orcs since 1912 have been convicted of murder.

Let that sink in.

The American police community killed 1146 humans last year (2015) in America. 229 were unarmed and 50 were killed by the less than lethal Taser. One of the great emerging scandals that deserves a forensic deep dive on all the cases recently is what the police reports looked like before the departments discovered independent video that contradicted the official police reports. Here’s one. When you see the video, it is clearly cold-blooded murder.

A quick approximation in maths; let’s just assume that consistently half of that number are reliable. No, we’ll make it an even 500 and assume a tremendous spike during the Prohibition Era when Federal policing of the American population really got its teeth sharpened and latitude for harassing the population certified grade A prime. And we’ll call it an even hundred years and a total corpse count of 50,000. Just a morbid round number that is shabbily speculative.

49,986 justified state sponsored murders of citizens.

Right.

Couple that with the certain knowledge that more than 90% of convictions are pled and the remaining ten percent that go to trial see a 93% conviction rate.

But not for police. Some pigs are more equal than others.

That tide is now turning with regard to US law enforcement, but don’t for a moment think that it will end with only the police. They are simply the goombah enforcers for the state with their monotonous Nuremberg defense for every offense against civilized behavior they commit.

Walter Scott’s murderer is comfortably under house arrest while he awaits his trial in October of this year. That happens all the time to mundanes, doesn’t it?

If government couldn’t hit or steal, how could they rule? If cops couldn’t hit or steal, cui bono? Their job is to fine or kidnap & respond with deadly force to resistance to their demands.

Murder begins where self defense ends and despite the presumption that free men can carry arms in those states that ”permit” it, the murder of the young man in MN shows that the very presence of a weapon is ground for liquidation by the state enforcers. This creates a calculus where one can’t instantiate whether your life is in danger or not when an armed bureaucrat happens to stop you for the most innocent of circumstances like a broken tail-light.

As the recent Yale law professor opined in a moment emanating for the university of the intuitively obvious, the state will murder a man for not wearing a seat belt because compliance with law creates the deaths penalty as the proper answer to most circumstances of resistance and disobedience.

“Law professors and lawyers instinctively shy away from considering the problem of law’s violence.  Every law is violent.  We try not to think about this, but we should.  On the first day of law school, I tell my Contracts students never to argue for invoking the power of law except in a cause for which they are willing to kill. They are suitably astonished, and often annoyed. But I point out that even a breach of contract requires a judicial remedy; and if the breacher will not pay damages, the sheriff will sequester his house and goods; and if he resists the forced sale of his property, the sheriff might have to shoot him.”

If you haven’t figured it out yet, there is an insurgency brewing.

In the coming Endarkenment, skills will trump the shiny tools every time. Take that under advisement.

The cops are not your friends nor are they heroes, they are the bloody spear-point of all political will. Nothing else no matter what you adorn the pig with.

“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die anytime.”

Well, the day you realize that you can’t avoid the race question any longer your journey to truth will be complete.

China has a fairly peaceful, compliant population, as does Japan.

Whites are close to this, though a little more violent and a little less compliant.

Blacks are out of control. If you take the black/Hispanic crime out of the numbers, America becomes as docile as Switzerland, especially in gun crime.

In the words of Capehart, who is African writing for the Washington Post on the crime situation in New York City:

“In short, 95.1 percent of all murder victims and 95.9 percent of all shooting victims in New York City are black or Hispanic. And 90.2 percent of those arrested for murder and 96.7 percent of those arrested for shooting someone are black and Hispanic. I don’t even know where to begin to describe the horror I still feel looking at those numbers. But the word ‘hunted’ comes to mind.”

You comparisons to Vichy France and Hitler symbolism are simply off target.

I don’t know who greyman is, but that doesn’t change the fact that while the state is against us all, blacks have drastically higher crime rates and have a recent history of lying about the victims being innocent and are inable to correct themselves when evidence appears (BLM). White people sided with BLM, but blacks only riot or kill when black people die.

Me and the cops sure as hell aren’t on the same side, but the leftists, blacks, and hispanics have made it quite clear they are not on the side of your average white person, either.

The US is dividing on racial and political lines.

And saying any of this will get you called a racist. Time to get used to it.

Our society has been experimenting on the black culture for decades through covert, public policy and enforcement. I don’t think you are seeing the bigger picture. Some were still unlawfully hanging them as recent as the 1940s. Throw in the framed that DNA testing has freed and you wonder why some are pissed off. The perpetrators are often the police and their political and economic handlers. Studies are now showing the relationship between the protection of private property rights and civility and prosperity within a society.

You said: “It’s curious this occurs a mere days after Comrade Comey of the American Stasi declares that the rules of law are bifurcated and politically connected worthies are held to a different standard for criminal behavior.”

It has little or nothing to do with Comrade Comey and a lot more to do with BLM wanting to give Obama an excuse to declare himself Dictator for Life:

    https://www.oathkeepers.org/navyjack-hacked-messages-discuss-the-plan-for-a-black-lives-matter-summer-of-chaos-leading-to-martial-law/

Regarding the startling difference in the number of civilians shot by police in foreign nations compared to the US, I would like to note that Britain has historically kept its police force defanged , and none of these nations has a police force nearly as militarized as ours is. I am old, and I can tell you that prior to the development of the “SWAT” mentality, there were no where near as many such killings as today. That and a “justice” system that coddles bad cops as well as encourages them to help swell the bottom line of “for profit” prison corporations (Wackenhut, for example) helps to fuel the civil unrest. I am afraid that things are going to get very bad in the near future: so bad that a necessary trip to the grocery store may be a life endangering event even in relatively small cities and towns.

The rule of constitutional law is dead and buried! The rule of law, as originated by arthur venn dicey, karl marx supporter, is alive well and growing stronger. Rule of constitutional law is a bottom up, of the people, by the people, for the people gov’t. conversely, a rule of law gov’t is a top down, of the G, by the G, for the G, gov’t!

In Dallas they traded five cops for one resister. Even a one-for-one trade, repeated over and over, would be ruinous – and that assumes the resister stays around to fight. If it’s “shoot and scoot”, the trade is one-for-zero. Heaven help the cops when the resisters start employing scoped deer rifles.

It’s interesting to speculate how many such resistance actions it would take before the Dallas police department completely collapsed. The prospect of a .308 caliber bullet through the windshield at 2800fps at any moment, has got to be a bit demoralizing. Putting on the uniform every morning before going to work, will start to resemble wearing a target on one’s back. A nice salary and fat pension is of little benefit if one is not around to collect it.

Meanwhile, my old story seems appropriate to this discussion:

For years the DPD has been ham strung by management. Their professional, hard working street cops have been denied, denied, denied training that would save their lives. Management, and their mayor need to be held accountable, and removed for misuse of departmental funds. The DPD needs to quintuple their training and ammo budgets. Remember, as Orlando ignores, you can’t miss fast enough to win a gunfight!

Michael, the problem with your depiction of “hard working street cops” is that they are ‘working hard’ in malice and ignorance – and doing it savagely.

Here is the reason for my saying this…

“CRIME”: In order for a “crime” to be committed there must be a victim.

WITHOUT A ‘VICTIM’ THERE CAN BE *NO* “CRIME” !

When someone, an ‘engineer’, decides that, based on their expertise, to drive faster than 35mph in a certain area is dangerous, and “representatives” – chosen by ‘the people’ – create out of thin air, a “law” that says if you drive faster than 35mph in a certain area you are a criminal – subject to the loss of some of your property… …what has happened?!

If you ‘speed’, have you committed a “crime”? You did not *IF* there was *NO* “victim. [Sorry, “society” is a legal fiction and cannot have a “crime” committed against it.] If you did not injure any other human being or their property then you have NOT committed a ”crime”! If you have not committed a crime – that is, you have not hurt anyone – why *MUST* your labor be turned into slavery by any “hard working street cop” [i.e., by having some of your limited-time-on-this-earth in which you toiled, stolen from you]?!

Now, if you did injure an innocent person or damaged an innocent person’s property – you HAVE committed a “crime”! Your responsibility is to make *THAT PERSON* ‘whole’ – not The State!

Some people ‘viscerally’, but not ‘cognitively’, understand that breaking a ‘legislative law’ in which there is no innocent party or their property injured, is not wrong; cops, neither cognitively or viscerally, understand this. Cops are charged with upholding the decisions that regular, fallible people called “representatives” have, for various reasons [bia$, favoriti$m, maliȼe, graft, etȼ.], made into a “law”. They do not decide whether the law is unconstitutional [therefore “null and void”] or not – ‘theirs-is-not-to-wonder-why, theirs-is-but-to-follow-orders’ – in this manner cops are rather like automatons/robots; cops are ‘singularly focused’. [Unless… …it’s a fellow cop (how many cops ever get speeding tickets!) a family member, friend, official, or some other reason they can be talked out of ‘applying-the-law-equally’ – as in… “rule of law”? What “rule of law”!]

Representatives/legislators, because of their ineptitude, bias, incompetence, graft, and thinking that they could legislate morality, have created the chaos and crime that is rampant. It started with taxation, stumbled into prohibition and continues on with the attempt to legislate what people, who are supposed to own themselves, can put into their bodies with what are called “drugs”.

‘They’ are self-perpetuating a ‘need’ for themselves – and we-the-people are paying for their inability to even govern themselves.

So, what you are calling a “hard working street cop” is in reality – a predator – a single-minded, obsessed, looting pirate! I know, there is no way many of you want to see them in that light [but, we’re talking about reality here!] ‘They’ don’t look at their job in this way, and most people, also, have never looked at them this way; but, again… reality! THERE CAN BE *NO* CRIME WITHOUT A “VICTIM”; to cops EVERY ‘infraction’ is a “crime” – “victim” or not!

Millions of hard working americans are losing their property every single day; turned into slaves in order to furnish your “hard working street cop” [and all public masters… oops, i mean servants] with a salary, sick leave, medical care, vacations, retirement at age 50, and a system that lets them – literally – ‘get away with murder’, all on the backs of us ‘slaves’.

Some might argue, ‘well, if a person doesn’t want to lose their money they should just obey the laws’; yes, that is a way to avoid something that is immoral but… …the immorality is what is wrong!

It isn’t “management” that hamstrings them, it is lack of morality. The “immorality” is that it is called a “police FORCE” for a reason – we no longer have “PEACE officers”.

The American people are being FORCEd to subsidize them and their families in an unfair trade-off. The real crime is that, it doesn’t have to be that way – that is the way ‘they’ make it! ‘They’, the foxes, have constructed the hen house and the system that excludes and abuses the hens and now… some of the chickens are coming home to roost..!

And you want to INCREASE! their “ammo budgets”?! [What a glutton for punishment. Galatians 6:7 kjv]

I have been thinking, for a while now, that the peasants were getting tired of the treatment they have been receiving. I also think that were we a truly civilized nation, the rule of law would work both ways. Evidently, this has never been the case by design. To see this unfold now is a purely coincidental happening as far as the former SOS is concerned. The peons do not concern themselves with those kind of misbehavior’s, as evidenced by Cankles’ polling numbers. Comey is an opportunist, sucking the tit of his masters, but he is not responsible for this mess, not entirely. They do not call the the GDP for nothing!

To not see the racial component is disingenuous, but the real reason, broken homes/ absent fathers, IS a direct symptom of the ever expanding welfare state. Thank you, LBJ. This cannot be ignored, and since it has, this is what we got.

There is no easy way out of this. The reset button has been pushed and we are witnessing the end of our world, as we know it.

History shows this will not end well. 4GW is ugly and has permanent results for liberty.

The Fabians wanted it this way, men. Fight hard, go with God. Give them what they want.

    It is time.

    All Hail Fatherland Security
Has the time come to shoot the bastards?
    By Liz Michael
    http://www.lizmichael.com For release February 14, 2002

All Hail Fatherland Security, which will surely keep us all safe.

    Yeah, right.

This column will call the current security over liberty mania “Fatherland Security” from now on, because it is something that rightly belongs in the Third Reich and not America.

The security of the people of the United States has not increased one whit since 9-11. Airport security is still being administered by the same minimum wage noodniks that administered it on 9-10, only now, those noodniks have secure federal jobs at inflated salaries. These noodniks seem to catch medal of honor winners, Green Party members, grannies with knitting, white women with babies, and a Secret Service agent, and seem to be able to engage in sexual assault, but they couldn’t catch Al-Qaeda trained Richard Reid, nor could they apparently catch the saboteurs of American Airlines Flight 587, TWA800, Swiss Air or Egypt Air, and probably not the real culprits of Pan Am 103. And the government has shown us exactly what it will do in terrorist attacks: cover them up and make them look like accidents.

And that’s exactly what they’ll do when terrorists attack our nuclear power plants, our electric grid, our water and sewage systems, our food, our computer systems and our beloved sports stadiums. They have shown that they will never admit to a successful terrorist attack unless it’s caught on camera in the act, and cannot be explained away in any other manner.

And the only thing that our glorious Reichsführer has seriously attacked is our civil liberties. And he has the nerve to say that we who love liberty are “aiding the terrorists” when we dare to call him on it.

And there seems to be increased calls for national ID’s, de facto national ID’s through driver’s licenses, biometric scans, checkpoints, and even chipping people.

Has the time come to shoot the bastards?

Some people on either side of this equation are probably wondering the answer to the age old magic question. “Is it time to shoot the bastards?”

I can give you the answer very succinctly, and a lot of you are not going to like it.

When complying with the tyranny becomes more difficult than just shooting the bastards, the bastards will begin to be assassinated, and in rather large numbers.

    Yeah, I said that.

Let me say it again. The powers that be are crafting a system by which they hope to tag each and every individual in the country, perhaps on the planet, with something substantial in the way of authority identifying people and tracking their movements. All in the name of security.

Of course, that’s going to create a very serious crisis of conscientious objectors to this system, which more and more resembles John the Revelator’s Mark of the Beast, and better resembles one of Hitler’s wet dreams rather than anything which should exist in a free country. Yet that specter of rebellion, stark as it may be to the statists, is not their biggest problem. And the specter of identity fraud, which most assuredly will catch up with anything the governments issue… just ask any law enforcement agent assigned to a credit card fraud case,,, isn’t even the biggest problem of such a system.

The biggest problem is the bureaucracy. Bureaucracy is going to be needed to implement this plan. You would think this would be a simple thing, right? Just ID everyone, get their print, their retinal scan, their DNA, whatever, positively assign them a number, or a barcode, and everything will be copasetic. Right? Not hardly. The bureaucrats who will administer an ID system will not be able to get past one small solitary detail in their zeal to get everything right: they will not be able to positively identify everyone.

Now, theoretically, that small little problem SHOULDN’T matter. But it does. Trust me. There will be a significant point made to “identify” everyone correctly. Meaning you will have to have sufficient documentation already to be entered into this system. Many people will simply not have it. They will not be able to prove who they are, positively, to some flunkie at a DMV counter. And because they will not, the flunkies will not issue these ID’s to everyone, even though it would more effectively accomplish their purpose if they simply accepted everyone who complied. Many people who come forth to comply won’t be accepted. Because they will be rejected, the entire society will look at them as an outcast. And the more unstable of those rejectees will snap.

These people will represent a far more serious threat to the lives of the administrators of this tyranny than any conscientious objector or political activist.

For example, a cop will pull over someone who registers a false document or a card whose magstripe has been damaged. This officer, on a power trip, or under order of superiors, will get a bee in their bonnet and attempt to throw EVERYTHING at someone who doesn’t pass their ID test. And some of these people will snap under the pressure. Dead cop. Or maybe dead citizens, whose friends and relatives then go after the surviving cop. Or his family. Or after all cops.

It’s probably not going to be what is commonly thought of as a “patriot” that fires the first shot. It’s probably not going to be a political activist from the left, the right or the center. Most of us would rather sue you than shoot you, and most of us have heavily ingrained value systems which restrain us from outright whacking some of these noodniks and shooting them where they stand, although they do deserve it. The first shooting of the bastards will probably be by average citizens who tried to comply but were not allowed to, and whose lives were overcomplicated by that inability to comply. The subsequent shootings of the bastards will be by common criminals who have hated authority all their lives and find that they can now easily assassinate an LEO and get away with it.

And you won’t be able to stop it. Because you won’t have a clue as to whom to look for. And it will spell your ultimate downfall.

If you asked me ten years ago whether the government and even non-elected non-governmental bodies like AAMVA and Oracle would even be stupid enough to attempt this, I would have doubted this. But alas, you ARE that stupid.

Why the bastards will be shot

Now that I’ve told you when the bastards will be shot, and by whom, let me tell you over WHAT the bastards will be shot:

    1. The National ID Craze

This is the move to install a mandatory National ID, either directly, or by default, through the drivers’ license, as well as proposals to install a “trusted travelers” card, which will eventually evolve into an internal passport as its use is expanded from airlines to buses, trains, and even the nation’s highways.

I want to set aside for the moment the millions of conscientious objectors which will exist to such a system. I want to focus on the bigger government problem of valid documentation of willing participants.

Even now, getting proper documents, even if you are a legitimate citizen, has become excruciatingly difficult. The state now claims that in order to claim your kids on your tax return you must get them a Social Security number. Yet do you know how difficult it is to actually GET a card with your actual Social Security number on it? Do you know how many documents you have to show in order to get it? Do you realize how difficult it is for a born citizen to actually prove they are such? Have you had to actually do it lately? Many jobs want to actually see the documents before they allow you to work. In many communities it is easier to get welfare than get a job, because of this.

Not that long ago, I had an experience where I witnessed a Motor Vehicles Department employee commonly deny most people at his station a right to an ID or a drivers license because they had insufficient proof of who they were. He was going to deny me an ID also. Except that I had the state of Arizona’s own legal requirements in front of me, and showed him that I HAD the documents and he HAD to grant it. The only reason I really even wanted it was to easily buy firearms from an FFL. But most people aren’t at Motor Vehicles in order to buy firearms. They are there because they want to drive, without being hassled by police, sheriffs and the highway patrol. Usually they want to drive in order to work. Most people are willing to comply with this, despite several legal rulings which have guaranteed the right to freely travel by road without licensing if you are not doing so as a commercial enterprise. But it is becoming increasingly difficult to comply with all this folderol. And here was this total schmuck ILLEGALLY denying people these items.

Envision the following, you law enforcement officers, because it is going to be a common occurrence. You are going to pull someone over, and harass them about not having the proper documents. You are going attempt to confiscate their vehicle. They, of course, need that vehicle, and need to get to where they need to go without your harassment. They are going to snap, and they are going to shoot you dead, and your wife will be a widow and your children orphans.

Or envision an air traveler, who has honestly tried to comply with all these tyrannical regulations, yet has been harassed, maybe even sexually violated, perhaps even unduly arrested. One of these people is going to snap. They are going to go home, return to the airport, pull out a gun, and shoot you, Mr. Airport Security flunkie. Or their husband will. You will be dead. Maybe your entire crew will be dead. Why? Because someone just could not bear all the folderol they were forced to go through.

Or envision this: the real criminal. The real criminal who has to get something done, and you, Mr. Fatherland Security flunkie, just happen to be in his way, and slowing him down. You will be killed. You will be sacrificed. It won’t be for the most part, the top of the line law enforcement agents who will be killed by these criminals. It won’t even be line cops who are engaging them in a chase or are holding a warrant for their arrest. It will be LEO’s who never see it coming, never know they’re dealing with a thug. It will just be a matter of their being a target rich environment, and you, Mr. Fatherland Security flunkie, being one of the front line targets.

And this is from the people who want to comply, but can’t.

Add to the mix the people who refuse to comply, not a small number of whom have vowed to assassinate any agent attempting to administer such a system directly upon them.

Let me spell it out for you graduates of the Los Angeles Unified School District. If an internal passport system, disguised under another name, becomes a reality, and people cannot freely travel between places in this nation, then those “noncompliants” who have a serious need to travel to a destination will only have one choice. They, Mr. Patrolman, will have to go through your dead body to do it. And they will. If the only way we can exercise freedom is to shoot you, then we will shoot you. You can take that to the bank.

    2. Zero tolerance

With this insanity occurring in the schools, it actually has become just as easy to come to school armed. Get ready for a lot more Columbines. The so-called “Gun Free Zone” of schools essentially mandates that every student, and every teacher and principal as well, and many parents actively engaged in their child’s education, be unarmed. That means they will be sitting ducks for any person at all who wants to target them.

The most likely person to target a school is a student, or former student, who, under the pressures of whatever afflicts him, goes off. Now understand this: the zero tolerance madness in school, where teachers and principals are actively looking for creative ways to oppress students, from expelling them for pointing a finger, to expelling them for drawing a gun, to expelling them for having a Tweety Bird keychain, to expelling them for wearing a sign of their heritage such as the Confederate flag or a Black Power motif, to expelling one boy for actually publicly expressing support for the NRA (this really happened in Illinois)… all this crap creates added stress.

Let me phrase it another way. Inequitable rules, nonsensical rules, nonlogical rules and random rules, all destabilize a society, and having such rules on a school site, or on a job site, dramatically increases stress. Such rules in reality are terror. Real terror. And a school administration which terrorizes its own students is going to have those students snap or outright rebel.

So this will be another means by which the tyrants will be shot. It will also be random. And it unfortunately will take innocent victims. Because again, it won’t be the political activists whom tyrants greatly fear but who would use precision in their targets. It will be the random individual who snaps under the pressure of the tyranny.

    3. The political establishment

For about 90% of the country, electoral competitiveness in most elections is nil. It has frankly now become easier to remove your congressman by shooting him than by organizing and voting him out of office. And it makes no difference what he’s done.

You go on down the level, and you continually find this to be the case at almost every political level. If you are lucky, you have a 10% competitive rate. Incumbents of legislative type seats are very rarely thrown out, even if they’ve been caught with the proverbial “dead woman or live man”. And schemes like the proposed Campaign Finance Reform only will make things worse, stifling dissent, and ensuring even the worst dregs of humanity will stay in office.

Now, I’m not advocating people go shoot their congressman to remove him from office. But I am saying that we have reached a point in most of politics where assassination really is the only effective means of removing most of the leaders. That’s a tragedy. That means we no longer in reality have a modern democracy. How did we ever allow this condition to become the case?

I know you public officials will hate that I even dare to suggest such a thing. “How could she?” you’ll say. But let me ask you another question. Is this really where you want to go? Is this the kind of “public servant” you want to be? One who is so protected electorally, the only way you can be removed is with a gun to your head? Wouldn’t you RATHER we be able to remove you by election? Or would you PREFER that the only way we’ll ever get rid of you is to shoot you?

Think about that, Mr. Elected Official.

    4. The corporate establishment

While conservatives, libertarians and patriots constantly survey the tyranny of the government, they very seldom ever speak about the even more insidious tyranny of the corporation.

It really doesn’t matter if your freedom of speech is stifled by Campaign Finance Reform and the Federal Elections Commission, or by a SLAPP lawsuit instituted by a corporation. It doesn’t matter whether it is an elected body mandating your National ID or a private corporate body like Oracle, the effect is still the same: liberty denied. Tyranny can come in many colors, and many of the multinationals have been inflicting their tyranny on the rest of the world for so long. It is one of the reasons America is so hated abroad.

Largely in America, only the radicals on the Left have a clear grasp of what I am talking about.

Even now, everyone knows that if you are going to commit a crime, you don’t want to leave a personal paper trail or electronic trail. Well what if your entire way of life becomes defined as a crime? All of a sudden, the masses of data compiled on you by credit companies and marketers for the purpose of trying to sell you something, may be used against you by a district attorney seeking to railroad you over some technicality.

Do not think for a second that anything I have said which applies to the government, or applies to law enforcement, doesn’t also apply to corporations trying to do the same thing. Do not think that the officers or the workers of corporations who either do evil, or enable the government to do evil, will be spared when the time does come to shoot the bastards. Often, the rebels of the Left are FAR MORE effective in their violent response than the rebels of the right or of the center.

But again, it won’t be the political activists who fire most of the first shots. It will be the victims.

    5. The tax establishment

Had Timothy McVeigh, instead of blowing up the Murrah Building, blew up an IRS Service Center, he’d be a national hero.

I don’t want to talk about the tax activists. Like I said earlier, most of them would rather sue than shoot.

I want to talk about Joe Sixpack, the average citizen. The IRS is universally hated. Do any of you who work for the IRS ever stop to wonder why that is? Let me sum it up for you. It is because you are duplicitous, random, and tyrannical. Tyrannical because your primary enforcement weapon is the use of state terror and intimidation. Duplicitous because you cannot even tell the truth, or administer your duty in a simple, straightforward manner. Random because the people you audit and select for criminal investigations are not selected on merit, but by your own choice.

People are sick of it and sick of you. Yes you are having a problem with noncompliance: should you be surprised? After all, the criminal penalties for failure to file are much less than the penalties for actual evasion.

And here’s the kicker. You choose to be the tyrant. Yes, you do have a choice. When the Congress gives you a bunch of pabulum to enforce, you can demand clarification, and you also can refuse to enforce the law at all. Hell, you, as a government administrator, can choose to find that the Sixteenth Amendment was never ratified, and that the income tax is illegal. You can actually refuse to enforce the tax code if the tax code is unconstitutional. And whatever you find to be constitutional, you can still choose to enforce fairly instead of by intimidation. Even in the military, you have a duty to disobey orders when the orders aren’t legal.

And take the IRS, and add to it every federal, state, and local taxing agency in the country. I don’t honestly believe that people, for the most part, will refuse to pay a tax that is fairly levied, levied only upon those who can pay, is not unduly burdensome, and is administered truthfully, consistently, and with full disclosure. But people do object to taxing agencies stealing people’s homes, livelihoods and businesses, and often conspiring to work with developers to steal prime real estate at bargain basement prices through property taxes and eminent domain confiscations.

And let’s not forget the use of environmental agencies to bankrupt private property owners and steal their property.

Again, it will be the victims, not the activists, who will initiate the shooting of the bastards. Worried about who may kill you? Just look at your “victim list” sometime, and you’ll gain some insight.

    6. The judicial establishment

Judicial tyranny is some of the worst tyranny occurring in the country today. Judges decide what is and is not the law. They violate the law almost on a daily basis. Almost every traffic court judge violates the defendant’s right to a jury trial, every single day. Every day, trial by a jury of one’s peers is thwarted through voir dire. Every day, due process in criminal trials is aborted. Judges very frequently block the peoples’ will and block the Constitution. Abuse of the “contempt of court” sentence and the restraining order is common.

And most judges, if they are subject to electoral approval at all, are even MORE sheltered than legislators in their incumbency. It’s not surprising that courthouses are almost all moving towards metal detectors and X-rays to disarm the public. Sometimes shooting the judge is the only way to remove a judge from office, no matter how abusive he is.

    7. The child protective services establishment

Out of a very real need for an apparatus to protect children from seriously abusive parents has grown this leviathan bureaucracy in almost every locality whose sole purpose, it seems, is to harass families, invade their privacy, and question their parenting abilities. Often these thugs are given carte blanche to interfere with any family at any time of their choosing, while in other jurisdictions, such thugs get an automatic rubber stamp. Once approached, it is very difficult for a family to escape its scrutiny, however fit a family it is.

There is a saying among people, that you can take a man’s personal wealth, and you can do anything you want to him, and he will not resist you. But that same man, if you try and hurt his family, will kill you. Unfortunately, since the law doesn’t seem to check the child protective services racket, the only thing left will be the barrel of a gun. And you will begin to see it MUCH MUCH more often.

    It’s become too much

You want to know what I think of compliance to every governmental and bureaucratic regulation and nonregulation? Here is the bottom line. It is becoming too much. It has become much more than a free people should be expected to bear. It’s not just this little tyranny, or that one. It’s the totality of it all. And it is becoming the case that just about everyone is affected by the tyranny, including most of the tyrants themselves. A sign in most IRS offices reads “Seizure Fever: Catch It!” Most of these tax collector types would turn in the agent next to them for a bonus. Many of them would turn in their own mothers. Hell, a few of them probably would frame a co-worker for something he didn’t do, they are so power crazed.

We are about to reach a critical mass where it just doesn’t pay to do it all. Where it just doesn’t pay to comply. Where it’s easier not to comply. Where even those who WANT to comply, because they think they are being good citizens by doing it, will not be allowed to fully comply.

Then it will begin to happen. These people who shoot you and orphan your children will not be patriots. They won’t be political activists and extremists for the most part. They won’t be someone like me, for instance. No, it will be Joe Sixpack who takes you out.

    You say it won’t happen.

It happens all the time, even now. The most celebrated case of just this phenomenon was the shooting of Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner by Mumia Abu Jamal. Faulkner by all reports was a good cop. And Mumia, by all reports, was basically a thug. However, Faulkner’s coworkers, the Philadelphia Police, developed a reputation of acting like thugs, and Mumia had been on the front lines of the receipt of this thuggery. So on one fateful night, that nobody planned, an innocent Faulkner had innocently pulled over two men who had not planned on killing anyone that night.

It will happen like that, just that easily. Over and over and over again.

Or what about the case of Stuart Alexander, the San Leandro sausage factory owner who was so thoroughly harassed by USDA agents over a period of time, that one day, he just snapped, and shot three of them dead.

Yes, it will happen, just like that, over and over and over again.

The excuse of Timothy McVeigh, rightly or wrongly, was that his act was a punishment of the federal government for the murder of 88 people, including some 20 children, by federal agents at Waco.

If what I think is going to happen becomes a reality, the number of Daniel Faulkners, Mumia Abu Jamals, Tim McVeighs, and Stuart Alexanders are going to increase exponentially.

The tragedy is, none of this has to happen. If the powers that be will now choose to no longer “be the bastards”, then they won’t suffer this fate. If they will but heed the Deuteronomic admonition, where the Creator says, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live”: if they will but CHOOSE liberty, which brings life, and implement liberty, they will save themselves, and be recorded in the history books as heroes with courage.

Of course, instead of choosing not to be tyrants, probably the tyrants will instead clamor for something like a general gun confiscation, because they can no longer trust the public at large with possession of these weapons.

And when the tyrants do that, that will change everything.

Because then it WILL be us who shoots the bastards.

And we strategize better than Joe Sixpack, our aim is better, and our investigatory ability to find the bastards is better.

And in case you have any doubt… when THAT time comes… yes. Me, too. And probably someone sitting next to you. Maybe your next door neighbor. Maybe that friendly legislator or congressman from a neighboring state who believes in liberty. That bureaucrat who unbeknownst to you is a secret believer in liberty. That agent who fancies himself a true patriot and wants to restore the republic. Maybe even the governor or the President you just elected, for all you know.

Because we are literally everywhere. And you don’t know who all of us are.

What should you who are tyrants do? It’s simple. Choose life.

I understand a general hatred of the, so-called, “income” tax but it does not help to be un-informed about it – it is harder to destroy something that is not clearly understood.

Your comment in re the 16th A is one of the most misunderstood pieces of info out there.

SCOTUS made it clear back in 1916 in Brushaber vs Union Pacific R.R. Co 240 U.S. 1 at 10-11 (1916): “…the confusion is not inherent, but rather arises from the conclusion that the Sixteenth Amendment provides for a hitherto unknown power of taxation, that is, a power to levy an income tax which although direct should not be the subject of apportionment applicable to all other direct taxes.”

The Brushaber court then went on to say:

“But it clearly results that the propositions and the contentions under it, if acceded to, would cause one provision of the Constitution to destroy another, that is, they would result in bringing the provisions of the Amendment exempting a direct tax from apportionment into irreconcilable conflict with the general requirement that all direct taxes be apportioned. Moreover, the tax authorized by the Amendment, being direct, would not come under the rule of uniformity applicable under the Constitution to other than direct taxes , and thus it would come to pass, that the result of the Amendment would be to authorize a particular direct tax, not subject either to apportionment or to the rule of geographic uniformity, thus giving power to impose a different tax in one State or States, than was levied in another State or States. This result, instead of simplifying the situation, and making clear the limitation on the taxing power… would create radical and destructive changes in our constitutional system and multiply confusion.”

Then to clarify it even further, the Brushaber court iterated what it had said – and pay special attention to THE LAST 4 WORDS that are quoted: “The contention [what follows is Mr. Brushaber’s “contention”, or ‘misunderstanding’, or ‘contestation’] that the Amendment treats a tax on income as a direct tax, although it is relieved from apportionment, and is necessarily therefore, not subject to the rule of uniformity, as such rule only applies to taxes which are not direct, thus destroying the two great classifications which have been recognized and enforced from the beginning, IS WHOLLY WITHOUT FOUNDATION…”
Wow, how much more clear can the court get?! [Well, evidently not enough..!]

It seems that people still didn’t understand what the Brushaber court said so in 1920 SCOTUS explained it further:

“The Sixteenth Amendment must be construed in connection with the taxing clauses of the original Constitution and the effect attributed to them BEFORE the Amendment was adopted.” Eisner vs Macomber 252 U.S. 189 at 205 (1920).

In re your comment, “…if the tax code is unconstitutional…” – if you are a ‘constitutional adherent’ – it is ‘constitutional’! The problems arise due to ignorance – you [all] believe that the internal revenue code applies to you, right?

It ONLY applies to a… “taxpayer”!

You [all] believe, with all your hearts, that you fall into the *legal* category of a “taxpayer”.

But, the word “taxpayer” is a ‘legal definition’; it is listed twice in the irc – once at section 1313[b], and again at section 7701[a][14]. The two sections are, basically, the same.

1313[b] states that a “taxpayer” is “any person SUBJECT TO a revenue tax”.

Q: Are you “subject to” a revenue tax?

I understand that you [all] BELIEVE that you are – but, LEGALLY, are you?! What section in the irc MAKES *YOU* “subject to” a revenue tax?!

There HAS to be a section that *specifically* MAKES YOU “any person SUBJECT TO a revenue tax.” [don’t bother asking the ir if there such a section; I have been asking them (in 41 letters since the year 2000) and have never gotten them to show me the section of the code – if there is any – that makes me “any person SUBJECT TO a revenue tax”] [This should also give you a clue as to whether there is such a section..?]

To give an example of someone who is a “taxpayer” because of a section of the irc that MAKES THEM “subject to” a revenue tax, go to a famous one – section 5005[a], in re the distilling of alcohol. A ‘distiller’ of alcohol has a section of the irc that *specifically* identifies them as “any person subject to a revenue tax” – they can’t get out of it! [and, of course, the ‘consumer’ will pay the tax in the cost that the ‘distiller’ will charge for the product.]

So, Liz[?], you have made some assumptions that were unwarranted – and by doing so you continued the spread of dis-information/misinformation. Basically, when you hear about the, so-called, “income” tax being “voluntary”, what is meant is that when any person, whether they are a “taxpayer” or not, fills out ‘ “taxpayer” forms’ [e.g., 1040, etc.] – which are meant only for “taxpayers”, the internal revenue will accept those forms from you and treat you as if you are volunteering to be a “taxpayer”. When any person goes for a job, their mis-informed employers will ‘demand’ that they fill out ‘ “taxpayer” forms’; by law, these forms ONLY have to be filled out by “any person subject to a revenue tax” [see: irc section 6109[a][3)]. Employers are ignorant, too!

      Welcome, all, to ‘Club Misinformation’!

Lastly, in re your statement about a, so-called, “income” tax:

      “…that is fairly levied…upon those who can pay…not unduly burdensome…administered truthfully, consistently…with full disclosure”…

When has theft EVER become acceptable ‘if you have *enough* money to pay’?! If a robber tells you he is going to rob you, does that ‘truth’ make the robbery justified?!

      Be well, Liz!

Wow. Best explanation of our ongoing dilemma I’ve seen yet. Liz had and still has a firm grasp of our situation. I believe everyone who reads this can identify parallels with their own circumstances: some as subjects, others as perpetrators. Time to choose; in the name of all that is Holy, choose wisely…

When I get home from wherever I’ve been, my family knows exactly what I mean when I say: “I had another close brush with death on the way home. I either got pulled over or went through a road block. Road blocks are very common here these days.”
