DROs have no use in anarchy

Dispute Resolution Organizations serve no purpose in an anarchy.  If parties consent to a DRO before-hand, there's no use in it.  If parties disagree and remove consent at a later date, the DRO becomes a state court initiating force and negates anarchy.  If there's ever a chance that I'm going to disagree with both the other party and the DRO, and remove consent, I'm not going to use a DRO in the first place.

What would be useful is a consensual escrow agency.  Nothing else makes sense.
